Over the last week I have had the pleasure of dealing with a few of you, particularly Matthew, Eleanor, Elizabeth and Cameron, and have nothing but the highest praise for you.
Unfortunately my current circumstances are not smooth sailing and this is and was of no consequence to you and your business. However, you made it your business to ensure you showed genuine kindness.
I’ve no doubt your service is always as efficient and effective as this, but the particular and genuine empathy and sympathy in the way you dealt with my phone calls (and Cameron in person), was exemplary.
The product installed appears to be working fabulously. But in terms of your team’s customer service training, you’re obviously doing something (very) right.
