I called the office and spoke to Matthew and Elle who both helped me with my problem over the phone. I rent and didn’t know what to do. Both the office staff were able to talk me through different processes to get the motor to disengage. I got the real estate to call them and they sent Dave. He got it working and it has been great since. Thank you all very, very much.
