I should like to record our satisfaction with the prompt, businesslike and competitive service performed by PT Doors at our house in Wahroonga. The garage door lifter unit had fused after less than 4 years light service, but your technician was able to replace the burnt unit with a five year guarantee exchange unit, at an equivalent price to “return to factory, repair and re-install” costs.

The initial response was prompt and on time the day after request for service, and we were pre-advised of timing by your Control. The whole exercise was done in less than 2 hours on site, and we were always kept informed. Having experienced “cowboy” operators before, the customer service from PT Doors was refreshing.
