Returns Policy

In the unlikely event that a return is requested, all returns must include all original items undamaged, in re-saleable condition, including the invoice. Postage and handling fees are not refundable. Buyer is responsible for postage costs incurred in returning products unless the wrong item has been posted. A return authorisation must be obtained before posting the item. We will not refund items that are damaged because of improper use or poor packaging by the buyer.

Item must be returned within 7 days after the buyer receives it.
